It’s great to see so much new building work in our Sunshine Coast suburbs.It would be fair to say there is a new sense of consumer confidence out there in the housing market bringing a Sunshine Coast building boom. Bli Bli’s parklakes 2 is in full swing as is the 2nd stage of caloundra west, sunshine cove estate in maroochydore sunshine coast and Peregian Breeze on the northern end of the sunshine coast is progessing, all are kicking along nicely and will become very busy areas for the Sunshine Coast with security doors and security windows. Along with the new hospital and its surrounding developments in birtinya sunshine coast its fair to say the sunshine coast is booming and finally heading in the right direction.
